Returns and Refunds

At KAIA, we are committed to delivering premium quality raw virgin human hair. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain a strict return policy. Please read carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Policy

Because KAIA products are 100% raw virgin human hair, all sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened, worn, installed, altered, or removed from its original packaging. This ensures the integrity, quality, and safety of every order we ship.

We will review return requests only if:

• The item was received damaged
• The wrong item was shipped
• The product remains unopened and unused
• The original KAIA satin packaging and tags are intact

If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Condition Requirements

To be considered for review:

• Hair must not be removed from the bundle
• Hair must not be combed, brushed, cut, dyed, washed, or installed
• All packaging must be unopened and undamaged
