At Kaia Hair Company, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used hair care products. Please ensure you're satisfied with your selection before opening.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at kaia@kaia-hair.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
